Karen LeValliant | Owner, Physiotherapist
Karen LeValliant is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
She focuses her practice on the assessment and treatment of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries.
She brings her knowledge, experience and exercise science skills to the clinic, in order to provide individualized exercise programs to persons in need.
Anik Lalonde | Physiotherapist
Anik is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Orthopedic and Women’s Health Divisions of the Canadian Physiotherapist Association.
Anik uses a combination of manual therapy, myofascial release, and exercise rehabilitation including integration of breath, Yoga, and other mindful movement therapies when creating individualized treatment plans.
Teresa Gravelle | Physiotherapist
Teresa is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Orthopedic and Women’s Health Divisions of the Canadian Physiotherapist Association.
Teresa uses a balanced mix of manual therapy, soft tissue release (MFR), rehabilitation exercise, therapeutic taping, acupuncture and dry needling as needed, for her orthopaedic and pelvic physiotherapy clients. Teresa's calm and caring nature lends itself perfectly to this highly effective yet for some, intimidating form of treatment.
Evelyn LaRoche | Physiotherapist
Evelyn is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, with a passion for pelvic floor health physiotherapy.
Evelyn uses a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture and dry needling as wells as exercises to create an individual treatment plan for her patients. She prides herself on her ability to listen and her compassion and understanding.
Cathy Allison | Massage Therapist
Cathy has been working in the physiotherapy industry since 2000. She graduated with a General Art and Health Science certificate in 2001 and went on to CDI college for Massage Therapy, graduating in June 2004.
She started as a physio aide, then became a receptionist, and for the past 14 years Cathy has been a full-time registered massage therapist (RMT).
